Oops, be careful with that kind of training approach

I mean, I screwed myself up by practicing like 10-17 hours a day (got a severe nerve inflammation and can't seem to get rid of it for 1.5 years, so I am cringing when tying shoelaces, let alone drawing - which I can't do more than 5-10 minutes in one go) - and the worst part is that you don't think it would happen until it happens. It's one of those things that "happen only to others", I guess
Long story short, I would encourage strong schedule hours-wise, but at the same time, be cautious and don't dismiss any messages from your body.

This escalated quickly
But I somehow feel now like I have to warn everybody I might write a journal on that (in 129 takes, because typing hurts as hell too)

Don't overextend, it's not a joke if/when "happens for real"!
