Description
This refit path takes into consideration two distinct naval architecture schools of thought: The preceding generation of Daedalus-Horizon and later Baton Rouge Class lines. One may surmise that this competitive design initiative was meant to find the most efficient path beyond the Warp 5 barrier. As we see in later examples of Star Fleet naval architecture, the saucer-type hull form wins the day and is awarded NCC commissions.Related content

I do, too. My collaborative partner, adrasil , and I are exploring the influences of the Timo-verse on the Constitution lineage right now also, and I appreciate this novel take on that idea.
It's well done.
(Shout out to admiral-horton 's Favorite feed for leading me here.)

btw, the design of ships you've made with help from are awsome, along with the parts.

The parts, are indeed, awesome...the custom ones adrasil has made for the series, as well as the community ones he drafts into service. Thank you for the support.

Thanks! I have this kernel of an idea, probably shared by more than a few, that the Daedalus and Baton Rouge hull forms eventually had some starship babies together and thus the Constitution Class was born (eventually).

Very cool.
Don't know if it helps or not, but I did a version of the Nordenskjold that might be of interest to you.

Thank you.
Knock yourself out and use what you need from the Star Trek Classic Universe for your own ships.
All I ask for is a shout-out for making the modified designs.
But if you want to make your own versions, go for it.
I make them for practice and honing my 3D skills (I use new techniques of mapping, lighting, color mixes, alphas, etc. with each new Star Trek ship), and for the enjoyment of the Star Trek Classic fandom (Trekkers, and Trekkies that like Gene's version of Star Trek).
SO enjoy!
Also, as an aside, be wary of the Nexus Arcana material (easy to spot as they all have the trademark in the images), Yesod Publications llc owns those and may not like them being used.
