002. Power
I didn't know what to draw for this, so when I looked up 'power' in the search engine for ideas, I kept finding pictures of Power Girl, so thought it'd be fun to put River in her outfit...
I couldn't resist making the Doctor get a nosebleed from the sexiness of it!! X'D forgive me!!
apologies for the mistakes! This was a quick sketch/colour :-P

Catwoman- and River has even worn a catsuit- ooh reminds me of another good one, classic anime/manga called Cat's Eye- three sisters, they are thieves by night run a cafe by day called the Cat Cafe. Yeah, I think I like Cat's Eye better- it has a happy romantic ending. 
Some info about Cat's Eye- and good costume reference from a manga volume- oldest sister Rui even has curly hair that was sometimes even drawn as dark blonde.

Yes it's based off of Power Girl :-D I didn't know what to do for the theme Power from the 100 themes challenge and when I looked up 'power' in the dA search engine, I found mainly pictures of Power Girl XD so I thought it'd be appropriate to put River in that costume!!

Power Girl essentially is Supergirl - she's the analogous character from one of the many alternate universes that occasionally crossover with the main DC one (hers was destroyed, making her a permanent resident of the main one these days).
