Description
Enigma the Victini on the 13th, and Koopanigma on the 26th a.k.a. twice thirteen. First one was deliberate, second one accidental.

This is the third of 's selves uploaded here, and perhaps one of the most difficult to draw originally because beaks. I seem to also have trouble drawing shells, but hopefully that will be easier as I draw more and more characters (or more pictures with the same ones, just, you know, probably with some actual tickling going on)

As you can see, he's got a custom Paratroopa look on the left, which has been just updated to look more appealing to us (and perhaps more correct, too). To the right, this is how he'd look as a Beach Koopa instead, possessing both a t-shirt and shorts (unlike most of this kind which have either one or the other, not both).
