No, I didn't forget about regular character uploads. Have a fancy bird this time around... with a curious name, in my opinion. Too bad I don't know much about him... other than he likes to dress fancy and has done some amount of tickling behind the scenes. Shocking for a character of Jeff's, I know.

He fits into the same design as many of Jeff's characters, in which they don't have pupils, just solid colored eyes. Kinda like JB's Shadow species.
