Listen to what he says. He has a PhD... so he knows what he's talking about.
The concept was actually 's, but I found it so funny I just had to actualize it.
X-Naut PhD belongs to Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, and Nintendo.

Thousand-Year Door is the best Paper Mario game in the series. It's also the best Mario game on the GameCube. Maybe it's just me, but it's pretty fucking awesome.

*he nods* It is a very simple one, and relies on exposing the patient to the one thing that triggers such sensitivity until their body no longer reacts as strongly as before.
In other words... the treatment is to tickle the patient until he no longer feels as ticklish. It did work for some people, but we're still studying how reliable this method is.
