I wanted to wait a bit more before posting this one up, but I couldn't resist.
Meet "No-Name", and old character of mine that I decided to bring here now that I'm getting better at drawing Koopa Troopas.
He's mostly a fun-loving guy with a bit of a foot fetish, and a "teasing" personality - he doesn't mind getting a bit of attention at all. 
Normally all he wears on his day-to-day life are what you see in the pic (scarf and shorts) coupled with a pair of sandals.And yes, he doesn't have a name yet; mind helping us out?
PS: I just realized Koopa Troopas have "plain" bellies as seen in Yoshi's Island, but at the time I drew this I thought it would make his own stomach... a bit too plain. Besides, since they resemble turtles, which hatch from eggs, I don't think Koopas would have bellybuttons.

It's not drawn, but he usually wears sandals. He's more fond of them rather than shoes.

Nice list of names, I actually like Cody. But I'll try getting more suggestions before deciding.
Perhaps to make us who love seeing them barefoot wondering how their feet/paws look like now that they constantly wear shoes?

I think Bowser has lots of other things to really care if his foot (and winged) soldiers now wear shoes. Like somehow looking for his kids and kidnapping Peach.

Could call him Koops, after the Koopa character you could recruit in Paper Mario and the 1000 year old door. Or Spence..Maybe Alexander if you wanted to be fancy. Just a few suggestions, he's a nice character and I personally like the stripped tummy.

I liked it to, but it does reminded me a bit of the Koopalings as far as stomach design goes. Another friend suggests a no stripes design, but keeping the circle there. I don't know which's better.
