Halloween fell on a Sunday in 1993 (I hope somebody helped it back up), and that was all the excuse I needed to go back to an idea I first had way back in the primordial Forever 16 days - dressing up the cast in costumes based on major pop culture icons of the year. As usual, though, Katy's a few steps behind everybody else. It's okay, there's always next year.
