Forever 16 is back! And it’s back to being a comic strip, too. I think it’s high time I admitted that these characters just aren’t suited for anything else.

I’m gonna do one thing a little differently this time, though – instead of posting a whole week’s worth of strips at once, I’ll put up one a day, like I used to when I tried doing the strip in real time. And what better way to relaunch the strip than with the very first day of the decade, January 1, 1990? I wrote this week of strips a while ago, and I adapted much of this material into my first attempt at a longer story, “Joel and Aaron’s Guide to Understanding Women”, which I posted back in January of 2012. I had to expand and fill out the material a lot to make it ten pages long – I think the comic strip version is a lot simpler.
