I like the Depth of the scene in this one, compared to the other one, the depth for me also includes how the scene is more built up with more trees etc.
Not to say the other is bad, they are both really good!
It all depends on what your aiming for though really one looks more evil and one looks more inquisitive like a young creature exploring!

These are both really cool. The other looks like rain, but no wet ground. Is it rain? I like the "tension" in the other, this one is calm, but still on the edgy side. The texture is GREAT in both pieces. In work!
