worse part though...
i was on book 7 and then i put it down because i had to go somewhere and i came back home and it was gone D: so i never finished kingdom of the wiked, i need a new copy :CΒ
my favorite sene ever is when he is in the portal with the faceless ones and thinks valkyrie is a hallucination XD

That sucks. KoTW was one of my favorite books. You definitely need to get your hands back on it when you can.
And yes, that was a hilarious scene. Derek Landy's books have to be the funniest books I've ever read.

im in Florida and it is REALLY hard to find them here D: we usually have to get them shipped from overseas and it always takes sooo long...

Haha, I actually started reading SP because of my little sister. My mum made me read the books to her at bed time XD. At first, I thought they were going to be some lame kiddy books. Boy, I couldn't have been more wrong. Seriously, I was proven wrong within the first sentence of the first book XDDΒ

LOL i started the oppositeΒ
my favorite series when i first started to LOVE reading was Percy jackson and the Olympians, i would go on Rick Riordan's blog to see when the next book was out and one day found that he posted a reference to books that he enjoyed reading, a few really got my attention:
1. Skulduggery Pleasant, i thought- "what an intresting title.. Skulduggery and Pleasant are two antonyms.. this looks cool. so i read more about it and got mom to get it for me and was instantly hooked on it
2. Artemis Fowl, the name was familiar, so i looked into it and thought, ooh this looks AWESOME..
3. Beyonders- i got it and read it, the books were pretty funny, the beguinning starts with the kid getting swallowed by a hippopotomus and being transported to another demention, it was pretty cool XD
so when i get an awesome book, i HAVE to read it to my siblings, i MUST SHARE THE AWESOMENESS
sadly they arent intrested..Β
except my four year old bro who, whenever we see a skeleton in a store (like a toy or a picture on a shirt) he yells "Hey sis! look! its Skulduggery Pleasant!" XD and he says it all forrectly its adorable

Wow, I love the Percy Jackson series too! Have you also read the Heroes of Olympus series? For some reason everyone I talk to just seemed to stop reading the series after Titan's Curse... (wait, that's the name of the last Percy Jackson and the Olympians book, right? Ugh, it's been too long, I can't remember XD). Anyway, I'm currently eagerly awaiting The Blood of Olympus along with Skulduggery Book 9 ^_^
As for the Artemis Fowl and Beyonders series', I've heard of them, but I've never gotten around to reading any of them =/ I'm currently really getting into Stephen King, so when I'm done with his books I might check those series out ^_^ Β Β

*whispers* the best Artemis Fowl is the Atlantis Complex, he goes insane and its just sooo AWESOME!!!!
i am also on the second book of Divergent, it is a pretty good story, reminds me of the hunger games (Finnick <3)
Stephen King..... that name is so familiar... why is it so familiar? XD
i recently got a book full of stories and poems written by Edgar Allan Poe. fora writer from the 1800s he is REALLY GOOD. and easy to read :3 i love how dark some of them can be, with a twist of humor and mistery
i have this weird think where i can read 10m diffrent books and stop one in the middle, then start another and stop there and then go to another and then go back to the first and finish all of them while still remembering every detail in the plot XD
did you know that in percy jackson, when they first introduced blackjack, percy's pegasus, Riordan mistyped so that in that book he was a BLACK MARE and then the next time he shows up, percy is describing him as the same pegasus he rescued from Lukes ship and that he is MALE.Β
i also really love the series Ranger's Apprentice, it is an awesome book. i am on Halt's Peril... i really dont like that title XD
