I am sure this cow enjoyed her lush meal to the full. She just continued to take one mouthful after another, not caring about me standing on the other side of the fence cable.Taken near Kiel/Germany.

What a nice capture of this sweet animal. I see it is tagged...it's so sad to think what that might mean for this creature. Life can be cruel...

I stood somewhat lower on a path along the meadow. This lush bit of grass was on the bank, just under the electric wire. So all I had to do was to avoid getting the wire in the picture, the cow being hungry enough. She did not mind me being so close. I would not have dared to take a shot from that position on the meadow itself.

Cute and happy cows...very fortunate cows. Here many of the cows get to eat dry yellow grass. She has such a wet nose.
