Lightbeams can turn the forest into an enchanting mystery world, as once again they did on this great morning in late October.Taken near Laage Vuursche in the Netherlands.

A beautiful and beguiling image. I keep expecting a White stag or even a Unicorn to come out from behind a tree to pause for a moment in the sun beams. This picture lifts the spirit and I have added it to my favourites.

It is incredibly strange that I came across this photo today. I had one of the most bizarre dreams of my life last night, and I knew I was dreaming the whole time. That has never happened. But the point is, I was in a forest in my dream and it looked almost identical to this. Very eerie. Very beautiful. So I had to comment. And I had to favorite.

Ja, ik zeg altijd dat schoonheid heel dicht bij is als we haar maar willen zien. En gelukkig is er nog een heleboel van hier in NL. Daar mag je gewoon dankbaar voor zijn. Dat heeft helemaal niets met nationalisme te maken.
