This was a very special tree. I am still sad that it is gone. Never have found a tree like this one again.

This one is really sad.. So distant and abandoned.. and that's not only beause of the distance between him and the other trees, but also its appearance is different.. I mean that it feels like as it wasn't really belong there.. I would rather believe that this tree had escaped from a dream or a fairytail
And by the way, You've got extremely amazing gallery!

Yes, it is a great pity that this tree has gone. I still miss it whenever I pass along.

I have always loved the twisted branches of oak trees. A wonderful specimen.

This is a wonderful capture, Jurgen ~ I think trees in death have such great dignity and impact, don't you?

My City had a very big and very old oak tree get hit by lightening last year and is now gone. No matter where an old tree is it is good that people enjoy them since their roots are in the earth and they grow from light of heaven. People should do them same I think. Nice photo of your tree : )
