No spring without some new shots of our tulip fields! While the shot which I submitted yesterday, was taken in 2007, this one was taken in 2008. So the 2009 shots still have to come.
Now I wonder where and when to go. As to the time, the end of April or even beginning of May seem to be recommendable. What do you think about it?
As to the place, there are various options. One is the area around Lisse, but that is always terribly overcrowded. This shot was taken in the Beemster polder near Schermerhorn in the province North-Holland. Perhaps I should go up there again. Any suggestions?
