Yes, too true it does, just like with anything. *nodnod* The thing I have trouble with is the f-stops and things like that. I am not too sure on what they are supposed to be at in differenet lighting conditions. But as you said, I will learn the more I take pictures.

yeah they are confusing at times. a few tips on f stop. close-ups and portraits you'll want the lowest number possible, landscpaes and nature stuff should be around 11 to 18 depending on the day. remember the fstop also determines your range of focus. the higher the number the more clear the surroundings. when shooting the sun a higher f number (may want a uv filter too) cause it may burn pixels in your camera over time at lower numbers. i learned the hard way on that(chicago pics, like a half moon in my pics). thats about it for now.
