Satisfied that the experiment was going to begin, Princess Elzebub sat in her throne, and observed as all was made ready to indoctrinate her new servant.

Once the skeletons had finished securing Chuck, Witch-Eye then walked to the cannon. Standing behind a control console, she activated the machine, which came to eerie mechanical life. Witch-Eye then began to lower the cannon until the barrel of it was aligned with Chuck's forehead. Chuck tried to struggle against the straps as the machine was brought to bear, and his anxiety began to rise.

A beam began to manifest itself from the barrel as it struck Chuck in the forehead. Chuck could feel an assault on his willpower from the machine as it slowly began to unravel his mental faculties. But he could feel his free will start to slip away, and there was nothing he could do about it as Witch-Eye kept the machine trained on him.

Back at her throne, Princess Elzebub smiled. "Now...condition his memory, Increase the reception, and eradicate any remaining resistance!" she ordered.

Witch-Eye looked to a control console, and began to turn a dial on the machine. The beam seemed to grow in intensity, and Chuck continued to struggle. The pupils on his eyes began to glow in a green color, and Chuck began to grow more docile as the brainwashing portion seemed to be complete.

"Good....good..." Princess Elzebub said, satisfied. "Now that his mind is under our control, we can now change the body. Witch-Eye, begin the Mutation Protocol."

Witch-Eye nodded, and turned several knobs on the control console. A blue beam came from the apparatus, once again striking Chuck. Chuck's human form began to slowly change. His skin began to turn green, and he was growing both fins and gills.

The change from man to monster had begun, and Chuck would never be the same.
