The beam flowed all over Chuck, and his body began to change. Growing gills and fins, his humanity was replaced by his more primal side, but thanks to the previous work by the Brain-Drain device, he would obey his new masters without hesitation.

Within moments, the transformation was complete. Satisfied that the machine had done its work, Witch-Eye smiled as she switched it off. She then approached the newly formed fish-creature. The creature struggled against the straps, and came close to breaking them as Witch-Eye stepped forward.

"Chuck Minser!" Witch-Eye shouted, her tone very authoritative. "You will now swear your allegiance to the Princess!" When she shouted, the monster stopped struggling and looked up at Witch-Eye, nodding in acknowledgement.

Witch-Eye smiled, then held up her long-nailed hands, showing the eyes which were in both of her palms. The eyes then set loose green energy, which struck the monster in the eyes for several seconds. The monster's eyes now glowed with a light green color.

Witch-Eye turned to towards Princess Elzebub. "It appears that we are successful, My Princess," Witch-Eye said. The Princess chuckled.

"Bring him before me," Princess Elzebub said. Witch-Eye waved her hands, and the Skeleton Troopers came to the monster and unstrapped him from the chair, and then helped him up. Witch-Eye then waved at the newly formed monster, and it followed her so that she could present him to Princess Elzebub.
