Here, so I'll try to make a RIDICULOUSLY long story a little less long:

I was reading the original X-Men comics when I came across an AWESOME arc that involved Kitty almost marrying Calaban. It was a lot of fun to read but the best part was the picture the comic opened with: [link] . This picture freakin' SANG to me. I loved it and thus I decided I had to do an Evo version.

I chose Torpid and Lucid because, if I HAD favorite Morlocks, it would be them. Other than that....woo for x-treme shading and an ACTUAL background for once. That and I LITERALLY stole the text straight from the comics. Wowza.

Torpid, Lucid, and Miss Kitty Pryde (soon to be Mrs?) belong to Marvel...as does the text.
