Description
This is just a simple wallpaper to make. I just got the scans and placed a white border around them. Then I positioned them in the wallie. For the background, I played around with the Filter gallery until I came up with this. To add it all up, I used a scan of Cagalli then I used the color overlay to make it black. After that, I just reduced the opacity. That's all.Time to make: 2 Hours
