This was an actual splash page from the thrid issue of the old comic series that I had Matt color for my personal collection.

Wow, the perspective and movement of this piece are amaizing. The limited color scheme really draw the piece together as a whole. Marvelous!

We were actually partners on the project.
We came up through comics together and have done a number of projects with each other like Tenchi Muyo and LaBlue Girl.

I wrote a six issue limited series that was illustrated by Matt Lunsford for P-Anima which was a division of Pioneer who own Tenchi.
We were supposed to go on and do an additional series but the deal fell through when the person who got everything together thought it would be a good idea to run off with a chunk of Pioneer's money.
Regardless it was a good time and the six issues can be seen on my website [link] just look around and follow the links.
