I have finally completed my custom Pokemon Pink game, featuring Porygon!I've been working on this for a while. I had to get crafty, and some trial and error. Got the box and cartridge label printed on fancy sleek paper for an authentic look. I also managed to get myself a pink cartridge for the game. Finding colored Gameboy cartridges is not easy.
Inside, I have a flash cart where I put my own custom rom on it. My own custom Pokemon rom hack where you play as me and start with Porygon. It plays on original hardware and even works with the link cable! So you can connect and play with the other Red, Blue and Yellow versions.

This is so epic. Would is also work with the first generation of the Gen1 games? (Green and the oldest Red version that are JPN only)

My Pink version works with the US versions of Red, Blue and Yellow. I don't think the US games are compatible with the Japanese versions.
I'll do a playthrough of it someday and show it off.

I think it has to do with the different language's and also JP Red and Green are programmed differently than US Red and Blue.

Shads’: I’ve seen a Pokemon green game and not the gba version either an actual game boy version of green years ago I was like 12 years of age long before gba kinda wish i brought it be worth some money in certain places but over all man not bad working
