NPC from a D&D game I've recently had the honour of starting and GMing. It's homebrew, but it occurred to me that all the good published adventures show a few handy pictures of prominent NPCs- like the person who the players are going on a quest for, if such person there be. So here's the Noyan and matriarch of Gila Band, shortly before taking the lucky shot that would earn her her adulthood eponym. And I do hope somebody can help me out with that age-old question -Gnolls or Minotaurs, who are cooler? Bull-heads have usually been my favourite race, but the hyena-faced critters are starting to grow on me in a hurry.
