Materials and Methods
Nikon D80 + Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm F/1.8D + IR remote. f/1.8 for max depth of field. Christmas lights hung in the background. See the tutorial above on how to do forced perspective bokeh shots. SB-600 for bounce lighting against a white wall. The camera in the photo is an Argus C3. Minor curves in post editing to darken blue midtones to bring out warmer hues.
Additional Comments
Got some new clear Christmas lights so it's back to bokeh shots

I love photos like this; those lights in the background are really beautiful! This might sound silly, but the camera looks kind of steampunk to me, which is a positive. Either way, awesome photo & congratulations on making it to the front page.

I have one of those found it at the local thrift store for under ten dollars.

The bokeh and focus on the lens work together really well; orange bokeh is probably the most suitable colour for this picture. Awesome.

It works in the sense you can trigger the shutter and expose the film But it has light leaks and a lot of dust so the photos are just bad quality. Needs some cleaning I guess.

Yours looks like it's in excellent condition. Mine isn't. It's my grandfathers and I want to have it serviced but I don't think they make parts for it anymore.
