this is what cherries do with their corpses
Materials and Methods
Bing cherries; stems for the board, pits for the X, cherries for the O. Basement floor (natural texture...no textures were added in post editing...yes my basement floor is this ugly). 60 watt bulb for lighting. Only minor tone editing and sharpening in post.
Full View!
Additional Comments
Experimenting with indoor lighting and trying to do as little editing as possible.
New year's resolution is to learn more, experiment more, and submit more
Interpret as you wish. The living won though

so clever!! (as always) i like how you don't tend to center your images, adds a different feel to it.
i love how you used the parts of the cherries to make the whole thing. and it makes sense to use the pits as x's as you know, x__x tends to represent a dead person.... but i guess you are aware of that as it's your own pic... lol...

i like the floor myself...although it looks like the crime scene where mayor mccheese got wacked for not paying protection. great idea in general...it took me a while to realize how important a good background can be in some images.
and the cherries idea was cute. the whole tying it in your mouth thing can't come close.

This is brilliant, the catacombs under Paris come to mind, which makes it even more enjoyable. And they look so shiny!
