Well it's hare for me talk about it because i dont live in America and i've never suffered that racism, but i think its similar than the way black people acts with hispanic too. I mean, im caucasian but im from Spain, so for the americans im hispanic and the opinion about them is really bad too. I think is a bad way to act. Police is there for serve all the people, not only the white english descedent. And its really sad this racism in a country well all are inmigrants: english, french, spanish, italian, african...
But some inmigrant descendence is fine and other not? Thats a shame.
