Salute!This is my female saiyan oc as a "what if" character for the mobile game: Dragon Ball Legends. I made the effects in photoshop and also incorporated them into gif format (with photoshop) using the timeline function. I also focused heavily in copying my last character sheet for Asper's overall design. Thanks for reading!
