No, it wouldn't. Sexual stuff, maybe, but just two people/ponies of the same gender kissing wouldn't really be traumatic to a kid at all.
Unlike some people (*cough*homohphobes*cough*), kids don't actually have a predefined idea of what a romantic relationship is supposed to look like.

True, but you still wouldn't want your kid asking you 'Mommy?(Or Daddy XD)What are they doing?' I just find it strange to have any kind of sexual content or relationship between the same gender, in a cartoon for toddlers, I'm not saying it is wrong for everything, but a cartoon for kids...and it is not even canon, so people don't even have that much evidence to promote it.

I don't think the relative gender matters at all, in any way whatsoever. That's all I'm saying.
And yes, it's completely noncanon and there's little evidence (plus, personally I'm more of a TwiDash fan), but there's no point getting worked up about it.
