Buffy Shellhammer was a wealthy girl from the 80s TMNT series.This version of her is older than her 80s counterpart and the love intrest of Carter.
She had harshly rejected Carter, but returned his feelings when he saved her from getting mutated by Jencko.
She would be voiced by Miranda Cosgrove. (Megan from Drake & Josh and Carly from ICarly).
