From Chapter 17 of Equestria Ninja Girls. And part 4 of the four way art trade with BozzerKazooersAfter Leo is injured by Tiger Claw, Razar, and the Dazzlings, Twilight laments how she couldn't stop her vision from happening. Master Splinter comforts her and says that just because her vision came true does not mean that it is over. The others comfort her as well. Then Leo awakens and Twilight hugs him tightly before Pinkie explains everything that happened in a instant, surprising him.
"You don't miss a detail, do you?"

I like that Leo and Twilight have a thing going for each other, but he needs to come clean with his feelings. Right now he has three romantic interests: Karai, Princess Twilight and Human Twilight. He needs to decide which one at some point.
With Karai, she's the one he's got more history with and knows a bit more. However, she is basically his adopted sister, although in the series it leans on romance.
With Princess Twilight, she understands him with the pressure of being in charge and they are both perfectionists. The downside is that she lives in another dimension and long distance relationships aren't the easiest ones.
With Human Twilight, it feels like he's two timing Princess Twilight with her own counterpart when she's in the story. While she is like her pony counterpart, she is more scientifically inclined and there is Timber Spruce in the deal.
Bottom line: Leo has a real cheating heart. I don't want to sound mean, but he needs to get it settled in the end.

Dude I get it ur opinion on this, but you will need to remember the following:
Karai is a sister to Leo and his brothers. I dont really buy into this kind of ship if both are family.
Leo and Twilight are cute couples as long as they know that they are best friends to the end. Besides with Leo and Princess Twilight, usually long distance relationships don't work out, however they did find a loop hole to that. And as for Leo and Human Twilight, it same deal with being close best friends. No different than Donnie and April.
Last thing to add, Leo isn't the only Turtle to have more than one relationship, look at Mikey. He has like three girlfriends: Renet, Pinkie Pie (Human and Pony), and Shinigami. So why should it be any different?

Yeah, you're right. Sorry. It's just that the "close friend" thing is borderline romance. I get he has feelings, and you want a guy to have some happiness, but he will have to sort out his feelings in the end.
As for Mikey and Pinkie, it really is more of a "platonic close friends thing" than romance. Renet and Shinigami is more romance.
