Now part of Chapter 3 of Equestria Ninja Girls: I Love Being A Rainboom.

Leonardo: Leo, can I talk to you for a sec?

Leo: Uh, sure.

Leonardo: I noticed how you and your brothers fought the Purple Dragons, and I wouldn't exactly call it honorable!

Leo: Well, yeah. But it got the job done.

Leonardo: You were all fighting dirty! I had expected that like me, you would value the tradition of Bushido: of Honor!

Leo: I do have honor, Leonardo. But my Master Splinter taught me to seek victory, not fairness. And sometimes, fighting fairly can give your opponent the upper hand!

Leonardo: But fighting with dishonorable tactics make you no better than your enemies! It's better to fight with honor, than to fight dirty!

Leo: There are no fair fights, Leonardo! I don't know how fighting fairly has worked out for you and your brothers. But seeking victory, not fairness has always kept us, our friends, and family alive. And from what I heard, you and your brothers have have pulled some rather dirty tricks yourselves.

Leonardo: Only when it was necessary.

Leo: It's almost always necessary for us!

Leonardo: Oh, really? Was it necessary for you to kick that Purple Dragon member in the crotch?!

Leo: He had me on the ground and at blaster point! What was I supposed to do?

Leonardo: You could have flipped out of the way. Or kick the blaster out of his hands. Princess Twilight saw you and so did I. We could have saved you! But instead, you chose to pull a dirty move!

Rainbow Dash: Hey Hey Hey! What’s going on here?

(The Rainbooms, Donnie, and Raph show up)

Leo: Apparently, Leonardo thinks I'm dishonorable!

Both Twilights: What!

Rarity: Oh poppycock! You are more than honorable.

Leonardo: Not with what I saw! And while we’re on the subject, we have to take an account with you girls using your magic on simple criminals.

Rainbow Dash: Seriously?!

Leonardo: Seriously! Just because you have an advantage, doesn't mean you should exploit it! It's more honorable to rely on your ninja training in Battle! It's the way of Bushido!

Raph: What the heck is Bushido?

Donnie: The Samurai code of honor.

Sunset Shimmer: Wait! So let me get this straight, you're a ninja, but you follow a samurai code?

Leonardo: That's right! I was taught that Bushido means everything to a warrior. I was raised to live by that code, and ever since, I've valued it! Which is more than I can say for all of you!

Raph: Is that so? Well then, if your all about honor and fairness, then I guess that would make you a samurai pretending to be a ninja!

Leonardo: Don’t push it, Raph!

Raph: Yeah? Well News flash! Our Leo does have honor! When we first fought our Purple Dragons, he spared one of them even though I was against it!

Leo: You can’t always rely on your ninja moves, Leonardo. All's Fair in Love and War!

Leonardo: Where's the honor in that!

Leo: So, it's all about fairness to you, isn't it?

Leonardo: Preferable, yes! (Leo sweap his legs and pinns him)

Leo: Was that fair?

Leonardo: No!

Leo: Did I win?

Leonardo: Yes. But only by using a dishonorable tactic!

Leo: (get's off him) There's a difference between honor and fairness, Leonardo. You should know that.

Leonardo: (get's up) And you should know, that if you can't fight with honor or Bushido, then you and your team are not true warriors! And never will be!

(Everyone, but Leo, gasps)

(Leo clenches his fist in anger as Leonardo storms off. Then Princess Twilight places her hand on Leo’s shoulder)

Princess Twilight Sparkle: Don't let him get to you, Leo. For what it's worth, I think you do have honor.

???: As do I. (Master Splinter approaches)

Princess Twilight: Master Splinter? You heard?

Master Splinter: I did. And I agree with you, Princess. (To Leo) Though you show it in a different way. I can tell you do indeed have honor.

Leo: Thank you, Master Splinter. But I just don't get what Leonardo's problem is with the way we fight?

Master Splinter: My son has a strong sense of honor, so you can well imagine that he would greatly disapprove of any dishonorable tactics.

Starlight Glimmer: Isn't that kind of hypocritical?

Rainbow Dash: Yeah! They've pulled some tricks in fights from what we've heard.

Master Splinter: Indeed. But as my son said, only when it is necessary. When it was not necessary, he would always fight with honor and fairness.

Leo: It's a lot more necessary then he thinks, Master Splinter. It's definitely more necessary for us in our world.

Master Splinter: Maybe so in your world. But you are not in your world, right now. Things are different here. Our enemies are not like the ones you are used to. You must understand that.

Leo: (dismally) I suppose you're right, Master Splinter.

Master Splinter: Although, perhaps my son was a bit brash to call you out the way he did.

Leo: You can certainly say that again.

Donatello: Guys! Come check this out!

(Everyone hurries over to him, where he's watching a news report)

News Anchorwoman: We interrupt your programming to bring you this urgent report! Downtown is being ransacked by what looks to be Purple Dragons! Officials advise that all viewers in the area to stay indoors!

Raph: Holy Chalupa!

Casey: It can't be?!

Jones: Whoa! Who are those guys?

Raphael: I doan rememba dhose members of the Purple Dragons.

Mikey: That's cause those are the Purple Dragons from our world!

Donatello: They are?

Raph: I’m afraid so.

Pinkie Pie: Yep. Especially those three: Sid, Fong, and Tsoi!

Applejack: How In tarnation did they get here?

Donnie: And more importantly, where’s Hun?

April: Something tells me that this is a trap.

Leonardo: Nonetheless, we have to stop them. (To Leo; sternly) And you will follow my lead.

(Leo glares as everyone heads out, then both Twilights stop by him)

Twilight Sparkle: Are you okay, Leo?

Leo: I've got a bad feeling about this. And I think what Master Splinter said applies to our counterparts as well. They don't know our Purple Dragons. And they especially don't know what our Hun is capable of.

Princess Twilight: He's got a point, and we have no way of knowing what Hun might be planning.

Leo: Leonardo is right about one thing.

Twilight Sparkle: What’s that?

Leo: We have to stop them and find out what they are up to. But just in case it's a trap, I've got a plan, and we're gonna need you three for it. (Looks to the CMC, who grinn excitedly)

Trivia
As some you know, I wrote the quote about Leo calling out his clone for being dishonorable, that was edited in the chapter Good Turtles vs Bad Turtles of Equestria Ninjas: Friendship School.

But then I read a comment from someone called Krovgo Warhawk that said

"To which I would argue that Leo should know the difference between honor and fairness, so calling out his clone is just hypocritical, and where is the honor in being a hypocrite?"

And a shown video clip, from said commenter, of Splinter teaching Leo to seek victory, not fairness, it made me realize that maybe I was comparing Leo too much to 2003 Leonardo.
