Description
Here's my design of Robyn O'Neil, April's sister from the 2003 series and the Mirage Comics.

Robyn was April's older sister and her opposite as she was reckless and irresponsible. Like Walt with Zach, Robyn saw herself as the better sibling due to being one of the popular kids and thought lame of April.

She was cheer captain of their school and drove a red sports car. She was part of Walt's friend group and was the one who recorded Zach fumbling during his band rehearsal.

One day, after she was blantly rude to her, April pickpocketed her car keys and switched them with the van keys. Then she drove off with her car just as Robyn discovered the switch as payback. Robyn then drove after her in the van.

April, who got a call from the Turtles about a mission by the docks, managed to ditch Robyn, but she used a Find Your Phone app to track her.

The Turtles and Allies were trying to stop the Purple Dragons from stealing some important shipments and were about to get the drop on them when Robyn showed up and ordered April to give back her car. April told her to be quiet but Robyn screamed when she saw the Turtles, giving them all away and forcing them to fight the Dragons.

During the fight, Robyn tried to runaway only for Dragonface to catch her and the Dragons to take her hostage. They took her to their hide out and Hun used her as bait for the Turtles. But when the Turtles showed up to battle Hun, April and Casey rescued Robyn. Hun overpowered the Turtles and was about to break them until Robyn ran him over with her car.

Afterwards, she thanked April for saving her and promised not to tell anyone about the Turtles.

She would become friends with Mikey. She'd flirt with Casey but he only had eyes for April. She would eventually find love with Carter.

She would be voiced by Lizzie Greene (Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn).

Her design makes her look very similar to 1987 April.
