Description
A pen and ink drawing made Jan 19th 2009, painted in photoshop.This a commission piece for of the giant superheroine Olga (also seen here [link] )
Here we see Olga straining to keep a dam from collapsing while being pestered by a bunch of pesky robot drones!
Oh, also- again I am using some boss brushes by here, and textures from CGTextures [link]

The details, sense of action, robot designs and color choices really give it a superheroic / "four color" feel.

actually, the robots are trying to destroy the dam.
if Olga didn't have to keep the dam from bursting, those bots would be scrap already.

Does any of that stuff translate to Elements? I was playing around with those settings too after I linked that to you- you can get some nice effects.

Surprisingly, yes. I guess Hellements has a lot more going for it than I thought. I remember how happy I was when I found out I could subtract with the polygon lasso. I realised, maybe it's only half sucky. Now I just have to figure out to to apply them. I actually was going "hehehe" after playing with the brush variations. Thanks again big J!

Yep, those robot drones not much match for her.
However, Olga isn't about to let the towns downstream get flooded, so the mad scientist knows if he has the robots attack the dam, they can keep her busy.
that way, the mad scientist only has to deal with the less powerful other superheroes on her team.
