Description

Here is a snapshot of a refined drawing from this keyframe   of my fan film's 'concept art' of Dakota Goyo as Thor and Ted Allpress as Loki in Loki: Prince of Mischief, taken from my light box.

I erased a series of drawings of Loki that suited the purpose poorly, in favor of making this.

This is a from a flashback of Loki and Thor in a simpler time. Here Thor ponders his trust in Loki's tricks... in a pressing life-or-death matter.

I love depicting body language like this. It's one of the many reasons I enjoy studying people so much. The biggest challenge for me has Always been the eyes. Whenever viewing someone else's art, the rest of the body could be mediocre, but when the eyes capture a mood, the whole drawing tends to hold my gaze.

I like this one a bit more that the former -- Thor looks more serious, more of a thinker with his newer expression.  He is definitely looking the 'disapproving older brother' part.

This, paired with me seeing Thor 2 three times, paired with reading the first issue of Loki: Agent of Asgard is getting me seriously excited! There's just something to seeing everyone (particularly Thor) debate on trusting Loki. Like they know they shouldn't, but for whatever reason they need his help and that requires a certain level of trust.

Great work

Hahaha.  Thank you AshA. One of the points for illustrating this is... well... see that look in Thor's eyes.

It's like he's saying "I'm gonna beat you up if you dupe me again."
