Description
Fox and Krystal get to know the newly recruited Miyu off duty.This is another Star Fox digital painting I decided to do. The series could benefit by getting more in depth in character development and conversation.
I wonder what they are talking about…

Your SF art is truly fantastic. Some of the best I've seen on DA, truly. We definitely don't get enough Miyu as it is, I'm so upset they scrapped SF II, but it's nice to see someone taking her body and giving her a personality for once. The games, as loved as they are, like you said, have so very little character development, especially in more minor characters.
Finally, someone that's willing to work around that. Thank you.

Miyu is pretty much a blank canvas when it comes to her personal history and personality, therefore she is very much open to anyone's interpretation. I took it as an opportunity to mold her into a tough gal.
There are plenty of characters in the series that haven't been thoroughly detailed. But, I think that is why there's some fan fics based on Star Fox floating around the internet.

miyu: yeah,i just kind of fell out of it.ran with the blazing talons for a while,and they were pretty good company.got steady pay too,if you count all the jobs they got while fox was still getting over you.

kyle: more or less.we try to keep it on the low profile though,considering the paparazzi hound us,and fox's team constantly any more.by the way,i heard you're dating wolf's daughter.that true,foxy boy?
fox: uhm......yeah.yes,yes i am,you got a problem?
miyu: ooh,and fox grows a spine!*grins*what's your retort,kyle?
kyle: i have none,really.i'm glad my little brother grew a spine. *pats fox on back,fox goes flying* shit.

I've heard "a star is born with a bang" well.. I can imagine that the shockwave impact on mr. Miyamoto's door will be more then he can handle

if mr. Miyamoto doesen't take notice of your briliance in art in its most beautiful form ( your own ) he would be missing out in the best and rarest oppertunity to have a -soon to be if not already- legendary artist such as yourself at Nintendo as a head of the Star Fox division. making every Star Fox fan's dream come true- a new game , or movie

You should be the lead art designer for the next game, and even writer if you have any ideas. I agree that the characters can get more in-depth. That would be great to see intimate character development with all the character.

say in ur starfox game would u use the other planets of lylat that were never really used Eladard, cerinia, (i know cerinia's gone but would u mention it or something) Papetoon, kew and other unmentiond or worlds that hve yet to exist

Those planets are in my fan fic, though I'm doing something very interesting with Cerinia even though it is destroyed.

The details of Cerinia are in my notebook for now and much of it is not set in stone.

I like their expressions and how well this is colored. My only problem is Miyu's tail. Lynxes actually have short tails . I also find it a bit odd that it's pointing at us, but that's just me.

Yeah. After I completed the work and posted this, quickly there was a response from a few fellow artists that have pointed out the error I have made. The character design was based off of an old image I have found on dA. If I had the time to make that change, the issue of the tail pointing at you would be solved. ^^
