Commission done forFirst time i draw a Character from comic books,even i took some freedom about this character (personally I dont like anthro characters with human-like faces)
Here seems Orca had trouble with The Penguin, and after his goons hardly take her down, they decide to give her an ironic death: dump her tied up on a anchor to Gotham Shore, where usually they drop illegal stuff,Β
Forgeting about how long she can keep her breath, enought for free herself and payback them for this humiliation...
