Amanda Waller is a key character in the DC Universe and has appeared in live-action form played by the likes of Pam Grier, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Angela Bassett and now Viola Davis in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie, in addition to being memorably voiced by CCH Pounder in various animated series and films. I've wanted to make an Amanda Waller custom for some time but have never really been able to find the right base figure. I decided to go with a WWE Lana. She was extremely tall so I shortened the legs, sacrificing the thigh swivel in the process. I was aiming for a Waller who was realistically stocky in proportions. Lana has these ridiculous heels, so I swapped those for feet from Raven. Took the head from a Movie Masters Faora, with the jawline and nose sanded down a little. Primed and repainted the skirt.
