Description
A new Tomb Raider movie starring Alicia Vikander is due in theatres in 2018, and before that, I've decided to get a little nostalgic and make the version of Lara presented in the first Tomb Raider film, as portrayed by Angelina Jolie. I like the costume design in that first film (by Lindy Hemming) a bunch, because it retains the important hallmarks of the design but makes everything a sleeker dark grey/black. Took a WWE Nikki Bella figure and swapped out the lower legs, hands and head. Lower legs, head, holsters and belt buckle from a Cradle of Life SOTA Lara. Hands from Star Trek movie Chekhov. Resculpted the hair, creating a poseable ponytail by wrapping ProCreate around twisty wire. Sculpted on the top, the cuffs of the shorts and her watch. The backpack was kinda tricky. I cut the backpack off an Underworld Lara and sculpted the straps out of ProCreate. The twin pistols are also from Cradle of Life Lara, partially repainted. Thanks for looking!
