More Particles!Now looking at this you may think that this looks almost exactly like =ZEGMAN 's new particle generator and you'd be right. The difference is that I took his code and ported it all to AS3 instead of AS2. This should be more efficient and allow more particles.
Press the Up Key to increase the number of particles, press the down key to decrease. Easy!
If you feel the animation is lagging, press the "a" key to toggle anti-lag.
NEW MODE!
Press the "f" key to enable fireworks mode.
Also press "s" to toggle Single Color Mode On/Off

I put it up to 800 and got scared.
With anti lag on, it handled up to 5 smoothly, which is a lot more than AS2.

How many particles did you get to before your computer started to lag?

Press up or down on the keyboard to increase the number of particles it creates when you move your mouse, thats the number I meant.
