well, I'm finally starting to put up some of my Megaman boss ideas. I based Chop Man's powers off of Buggy the Clown from One Piece. Basically, he hops around the room trying to go wolverine on your butt. But every now and then he jumps up and starts spinning his legs and torso like buzz saws and launches them at megaman (think of what Searchman in MM9 did when you fought him). I based his body design off of Pharoah Man.

Update: The picture I first uploaded was extremely pixelated. I finally came around to redoing the image and I think it looks much better now.
