This...took...so bloody long to figure out how to do. x_xI've been trying to make something for YouTube, but obviously, I can't upload GIFs so I've been trying to work on Flash. That didn't work, so I've been drawing each frame in Photoshop and copy/pasting it into Flash. I think it works...I mean, aside from the crummy quality of the color and the way it looks like the 'camera' is bouncing, it's not too bad. At least the backgrounds are alright.

It's okay to say that the camera-bounce is bad quality, not just an effect. x'D Thanks! I used Photoshop cs5 for this. It still took forever, though.

No I was serious with it D: I mean it could be considered like that, but it actually did feel like an effect.
There's an animating.. window.. tab... thing in CS5. if you go to Window (I think) and look, and open it, there's a way to do it... but it involves lots of layers and can be pretty confusing xD
