Description Hey guys, Jediah here with a new deviation for you this week and this time's of the City Hunter Predator (or Yautja, if you want to use their
species name) from Predator 2. Now I actually drew this two days ago (9/25/18), but I didn't upload on the same day because I was really lazy,
so yeah my laziness strikes again. But anyway, I decided to draw this since I've been on a Predator kick lately, and was partly thanks to the new
Shane Black directed and co-written Predator movie, The Predator, which admittedly looks and sounds terrible. But hey, it did accomplish one thing
which was getting me back into Predator, even if I only care about the older movies and the expanded universe lore pre-The Predator, since that
was when the franchise was still somewhat respectable, but now it's a joke. Thanks Shane  .

As for my thoughts on Predator 2 as a movie, I like it. I think it's a very underrated movie and probably the best film in the Predator franchise next to the
first one. Danny Glover was a great and badass lead, the Predator of this film (who was dubbed "City Hunter" obviously) was one of the coolest Predators
of the franchise next to Wolf and Scar from the AVP films, there were some cool new Predator gadgets and tech that were introduced like the spear, the
net gun, the smart disc, the new vision modes that Predator has in this film and uses to find Peter Keyes (played by Gary Busey) and his team and kill them.

It also tried something new by changing the setting from a jungle to the city and having the Predator's prey be gangsters, crime bosses, and cops instead of
soldiers. I think that was pretty good choice to have this movie take place in a different setting than the first one and have the Predator hunt different
kinds of people rather than soldiers again, to keep it from feeling like a rehash. It's a shame they haven't done a Predator movie that didn't take place in
the desert, like in Afghanistan or Iraq. I mean, you'd still have the Predator hunting soldiers but it'd be in a different location than the previous movies and
the Predator would also be going after Islamic terrorists as well.
