That's a mildly terrifying thought. A Dalek that could be anywhere and everywhere in all of time and space... (Yes, I think that I'm clever.) Still, great job!

...I think 'Tarlek' is more appropriate. And I love this! I can't believe I'm the first person to comment, and the accuracy to both the TARDIS look and the Dalek look meshed together is astounding.
(I'm sure he wouldn't be giving any kind of praise and would be making a run for it, but I love that icon all the same and this drawing deserves it.)
