Really, who would trust Miguel enough with a legendary? Would you really trust that guy to be responsible with any of them? If he was the last living rogue left, then maybe he'd get the chance to hold onto to one, buuuuut, since there's dozens of more responsible, more experienced rogues out there, fat chance for Miguel. Faaaaaaaaaaat Chance.
Not that that's going to stop him from trying to get one though.

I think it would depend on who saw, but if seen by the wrong people, Miguel would probably get into some serious trouble, get potato-peelin' duty , and miss out on some crazy legendary adventures and then I wouldn't have to draw anymore comics 
Thankfully everyone is too engrossed in their own problems to pay attention to the loud noises and white light in the far distance
I like to think that how well written Major A's talking is depends on the moon's sanity. In this round, I get to use typing again for the moon \ ouo / because yes, I definitely agree, the typing makes everything look neater :'D
