Description
my first ever sequential page done completely digitally.i suck at lettering.
this is supposed to take place 5 years before the current state you see my characters in.
more pages to come...eventually.

The mood and atmosphere is really well established with the shadow treatements. Good job.

I dig the last two panels... Ling's subtly painted apprehension is very nice. Can't help but feel that establishing shot could've been more imposing though. The composition of that panel is too orderly and peaceful for the situation at hand, hmm.
Argh, yes, wonderful stuff. This color palette makes my eyes go all happy.

lol. i just googled Ames Lettering Guide, looked at it and I still can't figure out what you're supposed to do with it.

It helps you draw straight lines that are equidistant from one another. And that's about it. Stupid things.

I think that this is going to be cool. I love comics where they don't draw it "traditionally" (like, you're drawing this in the painting style, as opposed to simple lineart + cel-shading style) I think it will give it a very nice feel, and give the backgrounds more life (and I just began my comic...and i've realized that I....HATE....backgrounds)
