Description
A concept for a half fish / pirate character that I started awhile ago and just got distracted with other projects and never finished. He can't breath air so needs sort of a reverse diving helmet.Head: [link]

He's always grouchy because all he gets to eat is that nasty fish food sprinkled in his helmet.

*much like* the suit Abe wore rather. Also, as he is a fish hybrid, it would be necessary for circulation of the water through his gills (that is if he has any) since the ordinary goldfish swimming around hishead need movement in a forward motion to circulate said water through said gills. BTW the goldfish were a nice touch & I'm not trying to be overly critical. Just giving a great artist some things to think about.

Not only that but even if he could breath theres only enough air in that water for a couple minutes probably. I've actually thought of all that stuff, but I figured hey, if youre willing to believe that there could be a half fish man then why not everything else.

Cool concept, but I have to point out something that puzzles me. IF the character is a human/fish hybrid, wouldn't it be necessary to keep his entire body hydrated as opposed to just his head being in water? I'd imagine he'd have to have some kind of suit to survive on dry land, much the suit Abe Saipien of Hellboy wore.
