No she's from Chaos, which I don't think is around anynore. Not sure who publishes her now.

Her remaining co-creator got a hold of her rights again and is publishing her under "Coffincomics". Every 6 months or so they do a Kickstarter for a new graphic novel. Since it's not going on shelves, they have a few more liberties with language, art styles, and stories. There are always a crap ton of extras with each Kickstarter as well. A 3rd one is rumored to be going up in February.
