How do you get these amazing drawings out almost daily?

I've trained myself by timing my paintings. Last year I gave myself 2 hours and this year these are taking 1 hour. You find your workflow by doing this and it really speeds you up.

I should definitely do that, considering it takes me like 30 minutes to draw a simple cartoon character! lol
