It was completely revealed during the V&V comic book mini-series back in '87. And really, you can kinda see one of his eye-spots in the drawing of him in the original Crisis at Crusader Citadel. Have you done a card of him yet? Feel free to show his eyes if you do, the cat's outta the bag on that one

I only have issue 1 of the comic, but noticed more that Manta Man was colored differently than the art you did for the chit.
