I think I may be the first to enter Oktoberfetish 2016! Ironic since I've never actually entered one of C.A.B.'s events despite always wanting to. ... and I applied a little *cough*way*cough* ahead of when you're supposed to!The theme this year was "Screams and Laughter"... Well! I think I nailed it then, hefhef~ òwô
So! This is Countess Vera and her headmaster servent Scott! Scott oversees the mansion work and keeps the castle clean and well-guarded while she's away feeding on foolish adventurers and grandstanding and whatnot, being a villain. She comes home grumpy one day Scott decides to cure her sadness AND entertain himself at the same time!
... I don't know. I just wanted to tickle a vampire lady. :I

Thank you for the glowing comment! It really means a lot coming from one of my favorite artists~ And yes. We have all these mythical creatures and a vampire lord and a Transylvanian setting... And then we have Scott.
And I've been meaning to make something for one of your events ever since I first found your art, so I decided to do the opposite of procrastinating and just post it unreasonably /early/ instead of late, since I am totally incapable of just doing things when I'm supposed to. I guess it works out though. xD
I can't wait! I'm certainly gonna try to get more art up to enter in, and I'm honored that my art is gonna be listed with the lovely artists who are staples of these events! Happy Oktoberfetish, hehehe~
